Frankie J. Weinberg is a Certified Professional Coach, accredited by University of Georgia in adult learning, and certified in the LEGO® Serious Play® Method of Facilitation. Dr. Weinberg holds an MBA and Certificate of Leadership Studies from the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton. And he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia in 2010 in Management, where his dissertation focused on strengthening the outcomes of workplace learning through the application of advanced beliefs about the nature of human knowledge.
A renown expert on leadership and mentoring systems, Dr. Weinberg builds on this foundation to provide expert coaching, consultation, and systemic program design to empower clients to advance into the realm of the extraordinary and achieve authentic and exceptional results. Dr. Weinberg’s publications and presentations on leadership and mentoring continue to substantively influence the advancement of organizational behavior research and practice around the globe.
The reach of Dr. Weinberg’s influence spans various community spheres in which his expertise serves to bridge the research and practice gap by advancing the application of the complex organizational theory to achievable, sustainable, and grounded practice.
Within the academic realm, Dr. Weinberg accomplishes this mission through his service as Associate Editor for the Journal of Managerial Psychology; Board Member of the Southern Management Association; Chair of Loyola University College of Business Graduate Programs Committee, which includes the university’s acclaimed MBA program; and member of the Institutional Review Board which serves to protect human subjects in research.
Dr. Weinberg further serves a pivotal role in bridging the research and practice gap by advising decision-makers in the highest levels of private sector institutions and both municipal and federal governmental agencies and through his leadership of the New Orleans regional chapter of Scholars Strategy Network, an organization dedicated to connecting scholars to policy makers, civic leaders, and the media to inform evidence-based decision making.
